Welcome to YarnHandCrafts! We offer delivery services for both digital and physical crochet products. Please read our Delivery Policy carefully to understand how we handle order fulfillment and shipping for each product type.

1. Delivery Policy for Digital Products

Digital patterns are available for immediate download once your payment is confirmed. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your digital files through the “My Account” section if you have an account on our website.

  • Instant Access: Digital patterns are delivered electronically, and no physical product will be shipped.
  • Download Issues: If you encounter any problems downloading your files, please reach out to us at hi@yarnhandcrafts.com, and we will assist you promptly.

2. Shipping Policy for Physical Products

For our handcrafted crochet items, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review the shipping guidelines below:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Custom orders or made-to-order items may require additional time to complete. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping Options: We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of the items.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 10-15 business days within the US, and international orders may take 15-30 business days. Please note that these are only estimates, and delays may occur due to postal or customs processing.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the delivery status of your package.

3. International Shipping

We are pleased to ship our physical products internationally. However, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. YarnHandCrafts is not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees.
  • Delivery Time for International Orders: Depending on your location, international shipping may take up to 20 business days. Unexpected customs delays or restrictions may affect delivery times.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. YarnHandCrafts is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately at hi@yarnhandcrafts.com to request a change.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, please note that unforeseen events such as extreme weather, postal strikes, or high seasonal demand may result in shipping delays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at hi@yarnhandcrafts.com. We will work with you to find a solution, but please note that YarnHandCrafts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
