Welcome to YarnHandCrafts! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, whether it’s a handcrafted crochet item or a digital pattern. Please review our refund policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for both physical and digital products.

1. Refund Policy for Physical Products

If you receive a physical product that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, we offer the following options:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund for the product.
  • Incorrect Products: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days, and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
  • Returns and Exchanges: You can return or exchange any physical product within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping fees) or process the exchange.

2. Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for digital patterns once they have been downloaded. However, we strive to provide high-quality patterns and an excellent customer experience. If you experience issues with a digital file or if the file is corrupted, please contact us for assistance.

  • File Errors or Defects: If the digital file is corrupted or cannot be accessed, we will provide you with a new file link or a replacement at no extra charge.
  • Accidental Purchases: Refunds for accidental purchases are not available once the download link has been accessed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To request a refund, exchange, or replacement, please contact us at hi@yarnhandcrafts.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • For physical products: photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • For digital products: details of the file issue you encountered

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

4. Exceptions

  • Custom Orders: Refunds are not available for custom or personalized crochet items unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or incorrect.

5. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item or confirming the issue with your digital product. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you return a physical item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
