1. Return Policy for Physical Products

We accept returns for physical crochet items under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Used or damaged items that are not due to our error are not eligible for a return.
  • Return Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at hi@yarnhandcrafts.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if applicable.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., incorrect item shipped or a damaged product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days, excluding any original shipping fees.

2. Return Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for digital crochet patterns once the file has been downloaded. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with a digital file, please contact us for assistance.

  • File Issues: If a digital file is defective or not as described, we will provide a replacement link for download at no extra cost. Please reach out to us with details of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized crochet items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital downloads once accessed

4. Exchange Policy

We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and relevant photos of the item.
