Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order. Our shop offers two types of products: Digital Download Products and Physical Products. Each product type has different processing, delivery, cancellation, and refund rules.

1. Digital Download Products Policy

Digital Product Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.

After your payment is confirmed, your digital file will be available for download through the download link provided after checkout and/or sent to your email address.

Please make sure your email address is correct before completing your order.

Download Issues

If you have trouble accessing or downloading your files, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Common issues may include:

• Incorrect email address
• Download link not received
• File access error
• Technical download problem

Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final.

We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once the order has been completed or the file has been downloaded.

However, please contact us if:

• You received the wrong file
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• There is a technical issue with your order

We will review the issue and provide a replacement file when appropriate.

Usage Rights

Digital files are for personal use only unless otherwise stated in the product description.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, copy, or claim the digital files as your own.

Commercial use is not allowed unless a commercial license is clearly included or purchased separately.

Cancellation for Digital Products

Digital product orders cannot be canceled once the download link has been sent or the file has been accessed.

2. Physical Products Policy

Processing Time

Physical products are made, packed, or prepared before shipping. Processing time may vary depending on the product.

Estimated processing time: 10–15 business days

For handmade, personalized, or custom products, processing time may be longer during busy seasons.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time: 8–30 business days

Shipping time may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address before the order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed, please contact us and we will help check the tracking information.

A package will not be considered lost until the carrier confirms it as lost or after a reasonable delivery investigation period.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of:

• The damaged product
• The packaging
• The shipping label

We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or partial/full refund depending on the situation.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for physical products because each item is handmade, personalized, made-to-order, or prepared specifically for each customer.

Before shipping, we will send photos of the completed product to the customer for review and confirmation. Once the customer approves the final product and the order is shipped, the sale is considered final.

Please review the photos carefully before confirming. After approval and shipment, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellation requests.

However, please contact us if:

• You received the wrong item
• The item arrived damaged
• There is a mistake caused by our shop

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the situation and offer a suitable solution when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personalized products
• Custom-made products
• Made-to-order items
• Sale items
• Digital download products
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

Refunds for Physical Products

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Order Cancellations

For physical products, cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase.

We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered production, been personalized, or shipped.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
